Process & Layouts

  • Experience from concept phase, Red Book delivery, VB, implementation of facility and final buy off on site
  • Worked closely with JLR departments such as PE, DMBI, Facilities, VME and Standards & Controls to deliver the most efficient process solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of all MEDOCs and JLR standards and practices
  • Currently supporting JLR Future Strategy team

  • Extensive knowledge of all MEDOCs and JLR standards and practices (including Process Designer & JADE)
  • Highly involved throughout all stages of projects including Pre-SE, SE, Installation and Commissioning
  • From processing to testing and implementing solutions to the expected quality levels required by the customer

Tooling Design & Simulation

  • Developed tooling for all Tooling Design phases on multiple projects
  • Simulated cells for all Sim Level phases on multiple projects

Project Management

  • Managed teams during SE phase to deliver Red Book solutions
