Scope Of Supply


  • Site management / Site supervision 
  • Installation & design of conveyor and mechanical handling systems
  • Installation & removal of robots and all associated ancillaries including pneumatics and hydraulics

JLR


  • Installation and commissioning of transfer conveyors on T5 for Northelfer and Comau Solihull
  • Upgrade L551 conveyors at Halewood for Comau
  • Installed and commissioned conveyors on the L550 in Halewood for KUKA
  • Install and commission rear differential conveyor, repairing and standardising tooling to JLR standards for V Installations

BMW


  • Install and Commission 54/55/56 variants of transfer conveyors at Oxford for KUKA

Others


  • Tomkinson Ltd. Manufacture, install and service new equipment for Severn Trent. This included screw, vibrating and swan neck conveyors.
  • Centreline Machine Guards Ltd. Design, manufacture and service overhead chain conveyors for use by Comau.
  • Worked on belt, rotary, gravity, slat band and pneumatic conveyors for several customers including Gestamp, ABB, Irob, Expert, Thyssen, Witter and GKN at several JLR locations.
  • DY Assist Ltd. Manufacture and installation of belt, rotary, gravity and line shaft conveyors at several customer locations including ABB, Gordian, TGW, Eurocar Parts, Vanderlande Conveyors and Astec Conveyors.
  • There has been other experience gained in installing conveyors in Switzerland at a gold bullion facility.
